As we gather, we will welcome one another to 2027 over warm drinks. Then time will be offered to write down some of your concerns and hopes as prayers for the 2027 year. Following this time of reflection and writing, we will each have the opportunity to create pouches, in which our prayers will be placed. As we complete the project, we will light a candle representing our shared holding of the prayers our pouches and hearts contain. Attendees will take their pouches home, continuing to remember the prayers contained within.
